Terms and conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between the online shop of the Olispin SS Agricola company and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Olispin SS Agricola. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, you declare that you have read all the information provided to you during the purchase procedure, and that you fully accept the general and payment conditions.

Definitions

Olispin.it/online-shop is the electronic shop owned by Olispin SS Agricola with registered office in Piazza Assumption 9/3, 33050 Lestizza, Italy which intends to sell food products belonging to its assortment via the Internet.

Prices

​

All sales prices of the products indicated on our site are expressed in Euros. Unless otherwise indicated, prices include VAT. The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the purchase order by the customer.

Characteristics and availability of products

​

The Products are not provided on trial. You are responsible for choosing the products ordered and their compliance with your needs. In case of unavailability of one or more products, we proceed with the delivery of the other products ordered.

Responsibility of the site

Olispin SS Agricola assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure of any nature and kind, if it fails to execute the contract within the agreed time frame. Causes of force majeure, by way of example and not limited to, are the provisions of the Public Authority, the strike of its own employees or of the carriers of which Olispin SS Agricola uses, as well as any other circumstance that is beyond the control of the latter. .

Right to suspend or cancel your account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in our sole decision, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may be asked to stop using the service / site and may also be asked to cancel your account and / or services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary above, in relation to automatically renewed subscriptions and paid services, such subscriptions will only be suspended when the respective period for which payment has already been made has expired.

Obligations of the customer

Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, you undertake to print and keep these General Conditions. The information contained in the General Conditions must be viewed and accepted by you before sending the purchase order, in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999. Acceptance takes place by marking the appropriate space on the site. Failing this, the order cannot be executed. You also undertake, before the conclusion of the online purchase procedure, to request the issuance of the invoice, indicating the tax data  as required by art. 22, paragraph 1, n. 1) of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972 which states: The issuance of the invoice is not mandatory, if it is not requested by the customer no later than the time of carrying out the operation.

The Service and all materials contained or transferred therein, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music and all The related intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of Mattia Marangone, managing partner of the Olispin SS Agricola company, manager of the website www.olispin.it. Except as expressly stated herein, nothing in these Terms will be deemed to be a license in or under such Intellectual Property Rights and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, broadcast, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, modify or create derivative works.
