how to order online
Contract formalization
​
All contracts are concluded exclusively with your access to our online shop, using remote communication technology over the internet. The purchase of what is requested will be perfected through the following phases:

By sending your order, you send us a proposal to purchase the product. The sending of the order implies the consent (pursuant to art.10 DL 185/1999) to receive our subsequent communications, aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.

We provide to the confirmation, by e-mail message of the purchase request, which will contain: information on the products purchased, payment status, processing status. The confirmation of the order is valid as acceptance of the purchase proposal.

Registration

To order, you need to provide your details as well as an email and telephone number and provide a delivery address. Once you have created an Account, you can place orders and pay at the cashier by credit card, Paypal ID, bank transfer or cash if you collect the goods personally. Browsing the site, you can complete the purchase by simply adding the products to the cart and proceeding with the checkout using the "Go to checkout" button and follow the procedure. What happens when I have placed my order?

Once the payment procedure is complete, we will send you an order confirmation via email, to the address you used to create your profile. The order confirmation will contain all the order data and the details of the items ordered. If you need to double check your order before payment, it is always good to take a look at the cart. A further summary of the items ordered also appears in the final stage of the payment procedure. To double check your order once payment has been made, check the order confirmation email that you will receive by email.

Shipping methods - Shipping costs

Shipping to Italy: Olispin SS Agricola's online shop delivers orders using the Crono Express, SDA and TNT Express couriers. The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the package: 0-5 Kg Euro 9.00 - 5-10 Kg Euro 11.00 and from 10 Kg upwards Euro 20.00. If your order contains products for a total weight of more than 20 kilos, the shipping costs may vary and are calculated at the time the order is processed by us and you will consequently be contacted before shipping.

Pickup in store: In the Checkout procedure you have the possibility to select the option "collect in store" at our headquarters at the address: Olispin SS Agricola, Via Sclaunicco 24, 33050 Mortegliano, this does not generate shipping costs. With this option you can also decide whether to pay for the products at the time of collection in the store. We contact you within 24 hours of purchase / reservation from our online shop at the mobile number you left us to make an appointment.

When does my order arrive?
​
In normal operating conditions, all orders received from Monday to Thursday before 20:00 are generally taken into management and shipped within the following 48 hours. To be added are the delivery times that depend on the destination area: 24 hours for the main cities, 48 hours for minor and mountain locations, up to 72 hours for smaller islands or remote locations. Orders from Thursday evening to Sunday depart the following Monday. You can consult the Crono Express, SDA and TNT Express websites for more precise information on your delivery area.

Payment methods

Credit or debit card: Thanks to the Stripe payment technology integrated in the order checkout page, you can use your credit card. Simply choose "credit card" and fill in the required fields (type of card, number and expiry date) to confirm the payment. Stripe protects your transactions and your data thanks to security systems that comply with the highest security standards (More information can be found at stripe.com). We accept the following circuits: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB and Unionpay. You will receive the order confirmation by email and the payment estimate.

Payment by Paypal: You can use your Paypal ID with Paypal secure transaction, following the usual procedure.

Cancel an order

Within 24 hours from the conclusion of the purchase. If you need to cancel an order that has already been sent but not yet shipped, send an email: info@olispin.it or call us at the telephone number +39 393 885 29 11. We will take care of the cancellation procedure, refunding the amount when necessary paid for the order. It is no longer possible to intervene if the order has already been entrusted to the Express Courier for delivery.

Refund - goods damaged upon arrival of the shipment

If the goods arrive damaged after shipment and you want to activate the refund procedure, you must follow the following steps: document the damage ideally with photos, contact us as soon as possible at the telephone number +39 393 885 29 11 or send us everything by email: info @ olispin.it. We will take care of the procedure and notify you of the refund result .

Defects of conformity

In case of lack of conformity of products sold by Olispin SS Agricola you must contact us immediately at the email address: info@olispin.it
You have the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by replacement or to a suitable reduction in the price or to terminate the contract. You lose these rights if you do not report the lack of conformity within two months from the date on which you discovered the defect.

Right of withdrawal
​
ATTENTION: not all products can be returned, the lawDOES NOT ALLOW TO RETURNperishable food products.
Why is it not possible to return food products? To protect our customers and for hygienic reasons, you can exercise the right of withdrawal only for products that can be put back on the market without endangering the health of consumers. Precisely for this reason it is not possible to return food products of which it is not possible to guarantee adequate conservation.
You have the right to withdraw within 14 working days of receipt of the goods to receive a refund of the expense incurred for the purchase without any penalty, just as set out in the Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99 which obviously also includes the purchases made trough Internet. The only expenses not reimbursed will be those of shipping, which remain excluded from the discipline referred to in decree law 185/99.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of food which, by its nature, cannot be returned or is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:

1. Lack of original packaging.
2. Absence of integral elements of the product.
3. Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of food which, by its nature, cannot be returned or is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014:

- order of products by a non-consumer customer and / or who requires an invoice
- order of products made to measure or clearly personalized;
- order of products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- order of sealed products which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or which have been opened after delivery.

To exercise this right, you must send Olispin SS Agricola a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by writing an email to: info@olispin.it
